操作说明 OPERATINGINSTRUCTIONS

1.将模具蝶旋槽,线芯，上刀，下刀，上钳，下钳，调整到合适位置，把规格合适的线径调整到螺旋槽里面进行出园，配合线芯转到合适位置

2.调整上钳到合适位置进夹住线圈

3.调整上刀下万至合适位置进行线圈切断

4.调整下钳到合适位置进行圈口合拢

5.调整吹气针头把圈吹到合适位置

6.调整激光红点对焦到合适位置进行焊接

7.调整已焊接合口圈进行穿环

1.Adjust the spiral, pin, horizontal knife, vertical knife, pincers,facons to the properposition insert the wire into the sprial and position it by the pin

2.Adjust the pincers to clamp the spiral

3.Adjust the horizontal and vertical knife to cut the ring

4Adjust the facons to make the link

5.Adjust the air jets to the proper position

6.Adjust the laser point to the proper position for welding

7.Pass through the welding link
