操作说明 OPERATINGINSTRUCTIONS

1.将模具螺旋槽,线芯，上刀，下刀，上，下钳，调整到合适位置，把规格合适的线径调整

到螺旋横里面进行出圈,配合线芯转到合适位置

2.调整上销到合适位置进夹住线圈

3.调整上刀下刀至合适位置进行线圈切断

4.调整下钳到合适位置进行圈口合拢

5.调整合口圈到合适位置进行焊接

6.调整已焊接合口圈进行穿环

1.Adjust the spiral. pin, horizontal knife, vertical knife, pincers, facons to the properpositioninsert the wire into the sprial and position it by the pin

2.Adjust the pincers to clamp the spiral

3.Adjust the horizontal and vertical knife to cut the ring

4.Adjust the facons to make the link

5.Adjust the link to the proper position for welding

6.Pass through the welding link
