2. The customer should provide a main power supply to support at least 2500 W single-phase AC power supply, and the equipment we provide must be installed on the main power supply air switch, protection, and triangular plug, which are strictly prohibited.
3. The main power supply provided by the customer must be connected to the ground, and virtual connections are strictly prohibited!
4. Using deionized water to circulate the cooling water in the water tank, without deionized water, it can replace distilled water; After using the circulating cooling water for a period of time, it should be replaced in a timely manner (it is recommended to have water for at least two weeks) to avoid affecting the efficiency of the laser.
5. The surface of optical components is strictly prohibited from touching hands, cotton yarn, and hard objects. It is forbidden to blow the components with the mouth. Only use ear wash balls to remove dust and pollution, and gently wipe with long fiber absorbent cotton or lens paper.
6. Laser is a type of optical and electromechanical technology. As an emerging discipline, precision equipment, operators, and maintenance personnel must have professional knowledge and skills. Regularly perform daily maintenance and check whether the medium membrane is clean, unbalanced, whether the laser rod end is contaminated, and whether the water tank is clean.
7. To ensure that the equipment can operate effectively for a long period of time, it should be shut down for 20 minutes every 8 hours during use (or promptly shut down when not in use) to ensure that the equipment can be effectively broken and prevent prolonged use caused by long-term overheating of the equipment.
8. The environmental requirements for optical components in laser marking equipment are relatively high. The humidity and dust in the air should not be too high, and there should be no strong interference or vibration sources. The installation conditions of equipment usually require maintaining an independent enclosed workshop, and the floor should be painted or tiled. It is recommended to install air conditioning.
